Evening XC1 - A thunderous welcome - Results published

Standing under the shelter of The Lodge at 5pm the Gorrick team were looking out on dark heavy rain clouds, only brightened by lightning strikes and huge claps of thunder. We honestly thought no one would turn up! Pleased to say you did and the short course format went down an absolute treat. The afternoon rain made just enough of a difference to add a slippery top surface, whilst other trails remained bone dry. Racing to beat the completion time to make final laps count added a fun element to ensure riders pushed on right to the finish line.
