It's great to be back running events and hopefully things will be even more normal soon. Here are some upcoming confirmed events, there may be others too, but they're still at the planning stage!
Saturday 1/Sunday 2 May
Round #3 of our very popular XC endurance TORQ Breakout Series. You don't need to have ridden at the other rounds and can expect a friendly pared down, Covid safe event with a superb course and trophies. Categories for riders aged 14+. Full details and entry here
Saturday 5/Sunday 6 June
Heath*Trail*Bike*Camp's SAXON WAY bikepacking event. An overnight all-inclusive gravel/mountain bike event. Starting in the Candovers in north Hampshire, you'll ride for 2 days through Hampshire and Surrey following a GPX route. This year there'll be a choice of routes on Saturday of 40 or 65 miles, with Sunday's route being around 35 miles. In the evening you'll bivvy or camp at a woodland camp site and enjoy the inclusive food, drink and good company. If you haven't yet discovered the joys of bikepacking with all your kit then no worries, as there's a camp kit porterage option too. Full details and entry here
Sunday 12 September
Brass Monkey at Porridge Pot Hill, Deepcut, Surrey. For those who missed these hugely popular XC enduros last Winter we're running a one off Brass Monkey with added 6 hour categories for riders 14+. Expect a superb 5-6 mile course and a great day's riding. Full details and entry will follow soon.
Sunday 3 October
Cool MTB Challenge at Charlton, Hants. This timed, choice of distance, fully supported, marked route mtb event is run along quiet lanes, tracks, bridleways and woods singletrack in Hampshire and Wiltshire. This very popular, sociable event offers something for everyone, some riders like to push themselves, others like to ride with their family (U16s ride for FREE with an adult) whilst others just enjoy riding through the stunning Autumnal scenery with their friends.
