Torq In Your Sleep: Results and Photos
by Paul Howard, 29 Aug 11. Results [ 1» ] Photos [ 1» ]
12:12 is over for the fourth year and it proved eventful for the 750 competitors. A couple of localised showers 2hrs in made for entertaining riding as trail conditions became slippery but rideable with no bike clogging mud to stop progress, thanks to the nature of the soil. There was plenty of dramatic and close action with first time racers taking part and able to share trails with riders fresh from World Cup xc and marathon events; so it really is an event for all. The Gorrick team and Army Cycling Union thank you for all for supporting the event and creating the friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. A massive thanks to all the sponsors and supporters for their assistance both financially and practically, and without whom 12:12 wouldn't have grown. We'll have more news and all of Joolze Dymonds photos shortly.
