Hot racing in Southern XC5

Round 5 of the Southern XC series kept up the tradition of yet another fine hot day at the racers old favourite Surrey Hill. Jon and Clive (course planners extraordinaire) turned the course "on it's head" which surprised many of the regular riders who approached the trails in the opposite direction to usual, but it flowed very well nonetheless without too many of the fabled killer climbs! They even found a few jumps and berms to add to the excitement. I hope you enjoyed it, tell us what you thought. Luke Webber has a full race report for you.
