Final Spring Series Race and TrailTrax Navigation News

Exodus Spring Series Round 5 this Sunday 9 May at Surrey Hill. It's no time since we started the Exodus Spring Series but here we are at the Final round this Sunday at Surrey Hill, Bagshot (signed from the A322 Bagshot to Bracknell Road). The course will include all your favorite climbs and descents which should be riding well after plenty of work on the tracks this winter and will include The Wall, CJ's and The Long Run amongst others. Racing in the categories will be close as most of the prize positions are yet to be decided and as well as prize vouchers from all the main local mountain bike shops, Exodus adventure holiday prizes are to be won in the Super Master, Sport and Expert mens categories. The first TrailTrax of the year is on Sunday May 23 in the Itchen Valley between Winchester and Alton, starting from The Flower Pots, Cheriton, Hants, which will be signed from the A31. The event will follow the usual TrailTrax navigation format which you can check out on the website, and you can also download an entry form. The Flower Pots is a lovely pub with great food which also brews its own beer, lots of parking in the field behind where overnight camping will also be available, as well as B&B accommodation. Registration is open from 8.30am until 10.45am and the start times will be between 8.45am and 10.30am for the 180 minute schedule and between 10.00am and 11.00am for the 90 minute schedule. As before there are plenty of prizes up for grabs provided by the event sponsor Mountain Trax of Wokingham with prize presentations at 12.45pm (90 mins) and 1.45pm (180 mins).
