It was good to see a lot of new faces at the Test Valley today. On behalf of both Gorrick and the Test Valley Borough Council we hope you enjoyed yourselves and look forward to seeing you at the Hot Mountain Bike Challenge in July.
Many riders visited a lot of the checkpoints but not quite enough to gain clearances, the highest score being 1990 by Chris Porter. Some folk had such a good time riding the countryside and enjoying the fine views that they extended their three hours to five, perhaps including a sneaky pub stop. If you do decide to stay out well beyond your expected arrival time please call to let us know so we don't send out the search parties.
