Southern Exposure Evening Races

USE/Exposure Lights and Gorrick MBC host two short course night races on Thursday 18th November at Heath Warren Woods, Eversley and Thursday 2nd December at Yateley Heath.

USE and Exposure lights will be providing £1400's worth of prizes, ranging from Liquid Asset lubes and cleaners, through to top of the range Ciclosport bike computers. At the end of the evening there will be a prize draw for an Exposure SLED light (shown right) worth £265, but make sure you stick around, because if no-one claims the prize first time round, race numbers will continue to be drawn until there is a winner.

Both courses will provide some fantastic riding along forest road, fire road, rover track and some short sections of swoopy singletrack. The format will be 10 minute laps to keep the racing close and entertaining for everyone to watch. Other than the start/finish area, the entire loop will be in darkness so lights are compulsory. Riders will get to test themselves in one of two categories:

• Intermediate, a 40 minute race, targeted at Fun/Novice riders. This race starts at 7:15PM.
• Open, a 60 minute race for the Master/Veteran/Grand Veteran/Sport and Expert racers. Within Open there will be two age categories, over and under 35's. This race starts at 8:15PM.

The races will end when the leader passes through the finish after the set time has elapsed.
